Shopping Online: If you would like to add an item to your bag, simply click the “Buy” button. That the item is now in your shopping bag will be indicated at the top of the page, including the total items and price in your bag. (Items you put in your bag will not be bought until you have completed the checkout process.) If you wish to remove an item from your shopping bag, click the delete button (or circle x icon) next to the item you wish to discard. To view what is in your bag at any time, click the "Shopping Bag" button.
To purchase what you've selected, simply click on the “Checkout” button link or click on your Shopping Bag and click "Go to Checkout." You can use your login information or, if you have not shopped with us before, you will need to create an account.
Registering: You need to register on our site if you are making a purchase. By registering you are initiating an account that only you may access. You may access your account by using your email address and a password that you have created. Only you will have access to this information. If you are signed up on our email list, this does not mean you are registered. To access your account in the future, click the "My Account" button in the header of any page and enter the e-mail address and password you created at checkout. (If you have not been through checkout, but would like to create an account, simply click on my account and follow the steps to create a new account.) *Note: Any customer who registered at IvyBlue.com prior to August 11, 2011 will have to reregister, as we have recently remodeled our website which involved a system change.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be added for all orders shipped to California (9.75%).
Credit Cards: IvyBlue.com accepts the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
Order Confirmation: Once your order has been placed successfully you will receive an order confirmation. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package.
Your credit card is not charged until we ship your order. Your card is charged only for the items that we ship to you. Every shipment contains an invoice listing the charges made to your card for that shipment. Items we mark as canceled or backordered are not charged to your card. You may check the status of your order by visiting the “My Account” link at the top of any page. Once you login to your account using your email address and password, click on the “Order Status” link to view past orders and current orders that you have placed. Note: tracking number may not be visible.
Coupon Codes: Discounts and promotions are valid on in-stock, nonsale merchandise unless specifically noted. Only one coupon code may be redeemed at a time.
